Refund & Return Policy
At Willow + Grace, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at hello@willowandgrace.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you're in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without reason, per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
